Cannot print anything from internet- can print from my files just fine

Installed all programs, connected usb cord, put in wireless password, installed HP Smart.....I can scan and copy, I can print pdf's from my files, but I can't print anything from the internet (e.g. e-mails, receipts...anything online that says "click here to print')

Went to online support chat- support tech went into my computer remotely and reinstalled wireless program and all is good now, everything works
