Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have setup my M234dw LaserJet Printer on my Windows 10 laptop and it works perfectly.  I have added HP apps to my Android phone and the printer works perfectly.  The second unit in my home is a Chromebook.  I successfully added the printer to the Chromebook and was told by HP support that I needed to install HP Print to Chrome.  I  was unable to add it as the Chromebook was too old.  I have replaced the Chromebook and have installed HP Print to Chrome.  It fails to print!

In Chrome Settings, it says the printer, properly identified is not valid.  When I remove the printer, it won't go away.  When I want to add a new printer, it wants me to identify the printer and the protocol.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
