I understand that you're unable to print from your iPhone to your HP LaserJet printer. 

To help determine the available printing options, could you please confirm a few details?

Is it the original HP LaserJet 3100, or a different model such as the LaserJet MFP 3100 series?

Is the printer connected to your Wi-Fi network, or is it connected to a computer through USB?

Which iOS version are you using?

Does the printer appear when you select Print on your iPhone, or is it not detected at all?

Can you print successfully from a computer or another device?

 

Once you provide these details, we can check the compatible printing methods and guide you through the appropriate steps.
