HP ENVY 6010e All-in-One Printer

Hello, gentlemen. I own an Envy 6100e, which after months of normal use, gives me a very strange problem At the moment, the printer is visible since the HP Smart tool (Windows 11), as being in "hibernation". However, from the mobile phone, it is functional and usable. And from HP Smart, I can use the printer to scan, which ends with a file on the PC. But if I try to make a print, I get a message from HP SMart: the printer is not "fully installed", proposing to complete this installation, which never ends successfully. If I try to print from Word (e.g.), the printer is not visible, and Word even freezes. This is driving me crazy, because the problem came "out of nowhere". Using HP Smart to detect/fix the problem, it runs infinitely, without any result. I have the printer's diagnostic page, taken directly from it. The printer is correctly connected to the same wifi network as the PC. Thank you.

First of all, many thanks for the quick reply. As a former HP employee (yes, its a small world!) , my opinions don't compromise HP, but how I miss the old USB connections :). I will take a look into your suggestions, and see if I acn fix this. I'll get back in touch! Regards.

Hi, again. Just to make an update on my situation. I did not apply your suggestions, Rita, but they were useful, once they made clear to me that this was network problem, resulting from some Windows update (that's my opinion, once I did not change anything at that level, in the last months). In case this helps somebody else up there: What I did, was to uninstall the printer, in Windows, restart the machine, and let Windows discover the "new" printer, and install it again, from scratch. And it was possible to print again, but still with a issue: printing aborted, in complex/heavy pages (lots of graphics). And I believe that is the result that in the new installation, the default printer driver was used, and that is not the best solution. No problem, just unloaded the right printer driver from HP site,  installed it, and it is done. Thanks and regards.
