None of our computers can see our printer wirelessly. When running to wireless status on the printer is says that it is connected to the router. However when we try and print from the printer list it just says it's off line. I then installed HP Smart and it can't find the printer on the network. Both are using the same wifi name.

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
