We moved to a new rental and have a new ISP and router. The printer appears connected to the wireless network, but I cannot change any settings in HP Smart, Easy Start or on the printer display panel or reset to factory default. I get a message that basically says the functions have been locked by the administrator. But I am the administrator! After some internet research, I believe I need to access a service menu to over ride the software lockout. Does anyone know how to do this on an HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One printer?

@Compulsiv, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to make changes to the printer settings on the app. Yes, we need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
