Hi, Ive recently replaced the hard drive on my PC with a SSD and it's reset everything. Ive managed to go through the windows installation process but I can't connect to any networks for the internet? IIRC my model should have a built in WIFI adapter so i shouldnt need a cable. On the drop down list of Network adapters in Device Manager its only listed "realtek pcle gbe family controller" and a bunch of WAN miniports. What should I do? Thank you

Hi@Charlottebsbesi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP All in one PC. This PC model has 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo Wireless card.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Try installing the wireless drivers from HP.COM

  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
