Product: HP Web Jetadmin Software
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
I am able to enable SNMP v3 on several models of HP printers using Web Jetadmin but not on HP LaserJet M406. I always get the credentials popup in webjet when I try to enable v3. Even when i add the credetials to that popup it just keeps returning. I'm disabling snmp v1/2 at the same time, although I've tried just changing it to read-only but same failure. On all of these M406's I can enable snmp 3 using the EWS interface, so this is unique to Web Jetadmin. Lots more 406's to update. All are running up to date firmware and WJA is up to date as well. Thoughts?
