Cartridge Error

HP DESKJET 3760 i
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is stuck on Tri-colour cartridge error and won's print copy or scan. My HP Smart app says printer is online and ready but web services button flashes amber and web site for ink supply says printer is offline. I am ready to give up. Printer worked perfect for 3 months now this. Also spent 2 hrs on phone to support desk with no joy. Any suggestions?
