Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Changed my internet connection from ATT to TMobile and changed my network name.  After switching the printer to the new network, it only works on a Bonjour connection, but not on the network.  Also mobile devices (iPhones) see no AirPlay devices when a printer is attempted to add.  Last, the printer shows up having its own network, and if I log on to it I can print.  Otherwise when trying to print from my MacBook, the printer times out.  Looking at my Printer settings on System Settings, it shows the printer as offline.  

 

I tried setting the IP address on the printer manually, but the printer is still recognized with its former IP address.  I've also done most all of the basics - restarts of printer, network, etc.  so please don't ask if all is on the same network.  

 

Any ideas??  Should I plug the printer in via USB to the network??
