General help for new modem but see below first
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.
Click here for network setup using HP Smart but in a different language
HP has some videos on how to do the initial setup

This printer uses the 2.4ghz band
