Hi @Ckite,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reconnect your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer to a new WiFi network, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Printer’s Control Panel

  • Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on.
  • Open the Control Panel: On the printer’s control panel, tap the Wireless icon (it looks like a signal strength indicator) or the Setup icon.
  • Go to Wireless Settings: Navigate to the Wireless Settings menu. You might need to select Setup and then Network Setup or Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Select Wireless Setup Wizard: Choose Wireless Setup Wizard from the list. This will start the process of finding and connecting to your new WiFi network.
  • Select Your Network: The printer will search for available networks. When it finishes, select your new WiFi network from the list.
  • Enter WiFi Password: Enter your new WiFi password using the on-screen keyboard.
  • Connect: After entering the password, the printer will attempt to connect to your network. Once connected, you should see a confirmation message.

Method 2: Using HP Smart App HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

  • Download and Open HP Smart App: If you haven’t already, download the HP Smart app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  • Add Your Printer: Open the app and select Add Printer. The app will search for available printers.
  • Select Your Printer: Once your printer is found, select it.
  • Update Network Settings: Follow the on-screen instructions to update the network settings. You might be prompted to connect to your printer’s temporary WiFi network to complete the setup.
  • Choose New Network: When prompted, select your new WiFi network and enter the password.
  • Complete Setup: Follow any additional instructions to finish setting up the connection.

Method 3: Using WPS (WiFi Protected Setup)

  • Check WPS Support: Make sure your router supports WPS and that it’s enabled.
  • Press WPS Button on Router: Press the WPS button on your router.
  • Press WPS Button on Printer: On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Wireless settings and look for the WPS option. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Connection: The printer should connect to the network automatically if WPS is supported and set up correctly.
