if you only want to change the connection use reset Network and then reinstall HP Smart and follow the steps below.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Im sorry to say that none of my manuals have that number of pages but the one which has is just a repeat of the first two pages in Portuguese. Im thinking I will need to wait until the holiday weekend is over and right HP to sort it. Thank you any way 🙂

Sorry, I replied to that before I had read it properly. My apologies. I have navigated to where you suggested. There I have found my WiFi connection however it has an additional number on it and it doesn't ask me for the password. So I have disconnected from it.

If you are connected to direct wi-fi, you will not be asked for passwords because you are on the same network.

Hi sorry, I have done that and it says it is connected. However, the printer still says it is off line. It is so frustrating, when I first bought the printer I had to contact support to get it to install. I will contact them again after the holiday weekend and get them to sort it. thank you for your patience. You have been very helpful. 🙂
