Hi @Yone1234 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to change the email password for your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer, you will need to access the HP ePrint settings from HP Connected or through the HP Smart app.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to changing the ePrint password:

1. Resetting Your HP Connected (HP ePrint) Password:

  • Visit HP Connected:
    • Open your web browser on your Android device and navigate to HP Connected.
  • Sign in:
    • If you're already registered, sign in using your email and password.
  • Forgot Password (if needed):
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password on the login page.
    • Follow the prompts to reset the password via your email.
  • Change the ePrint Password:
    • Once logged in, navigate to the Account Settings section.
    • Update your email password from the settings.

2. Changing the Password in HP Smart (if using HP Smart app): HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

  • Open HP Smart:
    • If you use the HP Smart app to manage your printer, open the app on your Android device.
  • Go to Printer Settings:
    • Tap on the printer icon and go to Settings.
  • Manage ePrint Account:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
