So my email address has changed. I can update my email address but I'm stuck with my user name being my old email address. How can I change my user name? Or what do I do?

The printer is a HP DeskJet 2620 but I really don't see how that is relevant to the issue I have which is I can't change my user name from an old email address to my new one. The online system lets me update my email address, which I have done however it flashed up a warning that changing my email address would not change my user name so now I'm logging in with an old email address as my user name. I want to update my user name to my new email address.

Which email address do you want to change?

The user name that I use to logon to this forum - it no longer matches my actual email address which I was able to change in settings.
