Hi @DeeDee2460,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you've recently changed your network, you will need to reconnect your HP printer to the new Wi-Fi network. Here are the steps you can follow based on whether your printer has a touchscreen or not:

For Printers with a Touchscreen:

  1. Place the printer near the network router.

  2. Load paper into the input tray and turn the printer on.

  3. From the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network Setup or Settings, then Restore Network Settings.

  4. Get your network name and password. You might want to visit Find the wireless network password or PIN to connect an HP printer for more information.

  5. From the Setup, Network, or Wireless settings menu, select Wireless Setup Wizard.

  6. Select your network and enter the password.

If the Wireless Setup Wizard is not listed, select Wi-Fi Protected Setup or WPS, select Push Button, and follow the steps to connect to the network.

For Printers Without a Touchscreen:

  1. Use the HP app: Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on the printer and utilize the HP app to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.

  2. Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS): Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer until the light starts flashing. Then, press the WPS button on your router to start the connection process.

  3. Advanced settings: Use Wi-Fi Direct to access the wireless setup tool.

You can also print a Wireless Network Test Report to get more information about your printer's network connection and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
