I just went from Spectrum broadband to Frontier Fibre. so I have. new modem and Eero wireless router. I need to change the network in my LaserJet M180nw and I'm having a hard time figuring out to configure the new network name. I downloaded HP Smart but it just tells me the printer is offline which it isn't. There doesn't seem to be WSP button on the router so I need to configure the printer manually but I can't find anywhere in the printer menu to change the SSID.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @LEFTCOASTER,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To fix the issue, we have to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on the printer.
- Use the Cancel and Wireless buttons to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Press the Cancel button
to ready the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button
until the Attention light blinks.
NOTE:Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.
- Wait 60 seconds until the Wireless light blinks blue.
- Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
- Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Actually, I got hold of an HP tech at the 800 # and we did figure it out. The answer is to go under the M180nw control panel "wrench" icon and reset the printer to factory defaults. This wipes out the current SSID. Once that's done, just launch HP Smart on a Mac and the app does the rest. Done in less than 5 minutes.
