Hi @Ali1981ggg,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that you have changed the Internet provider, and the printer is showing offline now.

Your HP printer went offline after changing internet providers. Reconnect it to the new wireless network:

  • Check wireless status: Make sure the printer’s wireless signal is on and that the printer is connected to the same Wi‑Fi network as your computer or mobile device. If the wireless light is off or blinking, the printer is not connected.

  • For printers with a touchscreen: Open the Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, select Wireless Setup Wizard, then choose your new network name and enter the Wi‑Fi password.

  • For printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds or until the wireless light starts flashing. Within 2 minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your router until the connection starts. The wireless light stops flashing when the setup is complete.

  • Restart devices: Restart the printer and your computer or mobile device to clear any connection errors.

  • If needed, restore Wi‑Fi setup mode: HP notes that you can restore Wi‑Fi setup mode and then set up the printer again.

  • Optional with HP app: You can also use the HP app to set up the printer on a wireless network from a desktop computer or mobile device. HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
