Hello everybody. Hope you all doing ok.

I have recently changed wife to another company and I am now unable to change the network name (SSID) on my printer. When I print the printer’s configuration page under network name I still have my old wife. Can someone tell me how to change it. The HP app can not find the printer it say it’s unavailable and I’m the configuration page it says it offline. Help please 😆

You wrote wife instead of wi-fi twice, that got me confused 😕.

You can use the USB cable to reconfigure the wi-fi setting or you can restore the printer to factory settings ( to forget old wi-fi) and reconnect it to new wi-fi.

Sorry my bad autocorrection. Anyway I tried that and is not working. I will buy the USB cable and try with that. Do you know which cable exactly I need to buy because I have a MacBook ?
