Hi there,
I have been charged twice within the same billing period for my printer ink subscription - once on the 9th June, and then again on the 30th June. This does not tally with the billing cycle, and this has never happened before. I do not have a 'bill' to account for this extra payment. Even if this is a legitimate charge (which I am skeptical of at this stage), this is a problem for me as a small business owner, as I cannot account officially for the payment.
1) Can someone please explain why this might have happened, and how to rectify it?
2) Can anyone help me account for the missing receipt?
How should I solve this situation?
Thanks,
Rebecca

Hi @Rebecca1991,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding billing issues!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
It seems like you are having an issue with double billing in your HP Instant Ink subscription. Double charges can happen due to several reasons, such as billing errors or additional charges for exceeding your monthly page allocation. Here's how you can address and resolve this issue:
Check your Instant Ink account and billing history:
- Sign into your Instant Ink account at Instant Ink account management.
- Click HP Instant Ink, then go to Print and Payment History in the left menu.
- Review your billing charges and ensure that there wasn't an additional page charge or other fees that could account for the extra billing.
Possible reasons for extra charges:
- You might be charged for additional pages if you printed more than your plan amount and any rollover pages.
- It's possible that there was an adjustment or correction made which led to an additional charge.
I hope this helps.
