I am getting the error code "Check Your Account", it says "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved."
I don't use my HP account for anything, but checked it anyway- there are no issues. I then removed the device from my account so that the printer doesn't reference an account I don't use. That also did not work. Please advise! I've seen other people have worked through this issue but they're referencing buttons my printer doesn't have- I'm using an HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e. If the printer has ink and paper I can not understand why it won't print 😞
