Hope you are doing well during this difficult time period.
I am wondering how I can find the claim code.
I have been trying to follow the steps show on the video provided by HP,
but it does not really help me to find what I need.
In addition, I have a difficult time to connect my mobile to the printer.
When I add the printer,
it requires me to go to the setting to chose the printer from the wifi list.
Then, my phone is not connecting to any internet service,
how this will work out?

Now, with regards to connecting the printer to your mobile device, I'd like to know if you're using an Android or an iOS device?
