I purchased an HP  printer from Staples on June 30 2021 and started having problems with it when it was outside their return policy. I have spent just about every day for the last two weeks calling tech support for HP about my printer due to it not printing. They have fixed it over and over again and then it does not work again, this is a continuous problem. I have read that many people have had and are still having the same problems with their newer HP printers. I want to return this printer to HP and not buy another one of their products. Who can I complain to about this. I get nowhere with tech support. All they say is that they can not do anything because they are able to fix it. So I have to call everyday and waste an hour of my life while they trouble shoot their product??? Unacceptable!! Please let me know an avenue that I can get this resolved? Thank you!

 I understand your concern and to help you out, I have escalated your concern to HP's Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options (if any). 

 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region. 

 

Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.  

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

And Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well.
