Product: Model HP 4635
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Suddenly my MacBook Air cannot find printer. Wireless connection on. Print test page. Can make copies. Receive & send email & connect to internet. Power on. Internet connection showing on printer. Have rebooted.  I cannot find solution.

 

Please help. Thanks

Did not show printer specs. HP 4635 SERIAL [personal info removed]

Hope to dinf solution quickly.

After search on HP web site found how to reinstall printer & connect to wireless. Did so successfully and now back in business. Cannot understand what happened.
