Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

Although my computer tells me that my printer is ready, when I try to print, it comes up with "no printer listed."  I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling; checking connections, and nothing has worked.  Help, help!!  I've spent the last two days working on this, and my jobs are piling up!😠
