if you have a Deskjet printer model, then you need to reset Wifi on printer with steps from next video:

The video shows the fist time connected to hp smart. But my printer has previously set up the wifi in hp smart. Now it shows my printer in the app as not connected and i don’t find anywhere to reconnect to new wifi
