You can connect your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw to Wi-Fi using the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer. Here’s how:
Prepare for Installation
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password are available.
- Place the printer within range of your router.
- Disconnect any USB or Ethernet cables from the printer.
Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
- Select Wireless Menu → Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
- Press OK to confirm the connection.
Install the Printer Software
- Download the latest HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw drivers from HP’s support page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- Once connected, print a test page to confirm the setup.
