Hi @Kerry134,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you've changed internet providers and need to reconnect your HP Envy Inspire 7258e All-in-One Printer to the new Wi-Fi network, here’s how to do it step-by-step:

Reconnect Your HP Envy Inspire 7258e to New Wi-Fi

Option 1: Using the Printer’s Touchscreen

  1. Turn on the printer and make sure it’s not in sleep mode.
  2. On the control panel, tap the Wireless icon or go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  3. Tap Wireless Setup Wizard.
  4. The printer will search for available networks.
  5. Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
  6. Enter your Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard.
  7. Tap Done and wait for the connection confirmation.

Option 2: Using the HP Smart App

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC:
👉 HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site
  2. Tap “+” to add a new printer.
  3. If your printer is already listed, tap it and go to Advanced Settings.
  4. Under Network Settings, choose Wi-Fi Setup.
  5. Follow the prompts to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi.

Option 3: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode (if needed)

If your printer doesn’t show your new network:

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
  • This resets the network settings and puts the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode.
  • Then retry setup using the touchscreen or HP Smart app.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
