Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is wired cable with fixed ip address. Everything works well for 3 days. But then, nothing can be printed and there is a message "connect printer to internet" (see attach picture 1). Although the printer's web services are "connected" (see attach image 2). No changes are made to the network or firrewall.
How to solve this problem?

This is an HP+ printer - and yes, it must be connected to the Internet so the HP+ service can monitor the printer.

 

Why is it not?

 

I suspect you have tried the obvious by now -

If you have not done so, perhaps Restarting everything - including the router - might be helpful.

 

What else?

 

Your printer does come with some extra "perks" - one of these is a Concierge setup service.
