Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with connecting your HP DeskJet 3639 All-In-One Printer to your wi-fi network after changing the router.

Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.

Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds

Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.

I have almost exactly the same issue but with a different/older printer (HP officejet pro 8600 plus). Everything worked well until I changed from Linksys wifi5 mesh to Orbi Pro wifi6 ax6000 with 2 satellites. First I couldn’t get the wireless to work so I connected the network cable. I have ePrint enabled and did not see an error on the home screen. When I restarted the printer there it was. Netgear couldn’t help me fix it. The steps we went through didn’t work. It just kept saying it couldn’t connect to the server to get the email address. I tried to re-establish a wireless connection with a static IP but it kept showing “no link.”

So here I am sitting with a wired connection but can’t connect to HP servers. Before you say anything, this printer sits 3 feet in direct line of sight from the router. I am out of ideas. I don’t need a new printer unless something is actually broken.
