Hi @blocke77,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to connect the printer to the instant ink server.

To assist better-

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  4. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?

Keep me posted.

Hello, My printer was in my office (private) but aI had to move it home which is also private. Now it will not connect at all to the internet!!!

Its a brand new HP laptop which of course has windows.

I have tried connecting to both my 2.4 and 5

Yes The password is correct.

Thew light is blinking, I believe it was steady at the office though

Always private.

Perform a factory defaults on the printer and then try and set the printer up on the new network

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
