Trying to connect printer to wifi. It can find my wifi but when opened it gives no option to enter my password. So I can’t connect.

To assist you better please let me know if you are trying to print from a Windows PC, Mac or phone?

 

Also let me know if you are connected wirelessly through your Router or using the Printer's WiFi-Direct feature?

I have this exact same issue with my printer when I try to connect directly to my router. 

I was able to use the Wifi-Direct printing a couple of times with my MacBook Air before it stopped working, but now the printer will not connect at all.
