HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 shows that it is connected to local network.

 

Mac desktop shows that it can identify priner & offers suggestion to print a test page. Unable to print a page as the 'printer is unreachable'

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please perform a few steps to check if the issue can be resolved?

1. Please check if the Mac and the printer are connected to the same network.
2. Please check if there is any pending job in the print queue.

3. Please let us know if you can see any errors on the control panel of the printer. 
4. Could you please let us know if the error message mentioned above is seen on the printer or on the Mac?
