Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I need help setting up my HP printer. It was working perfectly fine before, but now it will not connect to my Wi-Fi or through Bluetooth. I’ve already reset everything multiple times, including the printer and network settings.

When I press the Wireless and Cancel buttons, the Wireless Quick Start setup comes up, and I complete all of the steps successfully. However, when I go back to the HP app and try to print, the printer still will not connect or show as available.

I’m not sure what else to try because it was working without any issues before this started happening.
