Operating System: Chrome OS

I have had an HP printer for several years.  I had a MacBook Air but just replaced it with an ASUS Chromebook.  I can't seem to connect the Chromebook to my wireless printer.

 

I have spent countless hours with "tech support" with no help. They transferred me to at least 5 different phone numbers, one even in French.. i've followed all the online directions both with Chromebook and HP with no success. When I look at my printer log, it says all the things I sent to print have been printed but they are not.

 

i've never had such awful tech support for anything.

 

Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you.
