Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

I'm having trouble connecting my printer to wifi. When I look at available connections, I see my printer. But it disconnects my computer from the internet. Is there a way to have them both on my wifi network? I wish there would be customer service to help me bc the chat bot is no help!

HP Recommended

You printer needs to be connected to the modem/router.  Do not configure it for WiFi direct print

 

You may need to reset the printer. Here is one way

If you do not have a smartphone then use the WPS PIN or pushbutton method as described on page 56 of the users manual
