Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using a different brand's printer with connecting to modem via usb port. And it was working fine.

 

Now I switched to HP LaserJet P1102. (Not wi-fi version) With the this printer, when I connect the printer's usb port to the same modem and install it inputting modem's IP over windows's add printer interface and even thought the printer looks added to pc, the printer does not print anything.  I tried on two pcs(w10/11) I tried to install with related inf files, nothing changed.

It works fine without modem. What can I do?
