Hi!

I have a HP PhotoSmart B209a that I'm trying to connect to a new network and connect it to my laptop running Windows 10. But it's not connecting to my network. I've used the WPS button, attempted to connect using the PIN still nothing. I have the HP Smart downloaded on both my android phone and my HP laptop. The wireless light is on, and I've tried restoring the network defaults. How do connect wirelessly to a new network? How do I make my printer the default network printer? I used to be able to print from phone to the printer but now I can't.

I understand that you are getting WiFi connectivity issues on your printer, I am glad to assist you.'

Restore the printer settings to defaults and try to connect the printer again.

Setup Menu>Restore network defaults>YES, restore network defaults.

Hi Sandytechy20,

I tried that and it did not work. I printed the Wireless Network Tet Report, and it says " Your HP printer cannot find the access point. Check that your access point is powered on. Check that your HP printer network name (SSID) matches your access point network name (SSID)exactly. If they don't match exactly, run the wireless network setup to configure your HP printer.***" I have even tried restoring factory defaults and still nothing. I have the HP Smart on my android phone but it's not finding my printer when I search in the app. Is there program and software I can download from hp.com? I've also tried connecting my printer to laptop using an USB cord and that did not work.
