I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP ENVY 6052e to your computer. Here are some steps you can try:

 

Check Printer and Computer Connection:

  • Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Network > Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the instructions to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • On your computer, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners. Select Add a printer or scanner, then follow the prompts to reinstall the printer software.

Update HP Smart App: HP printer setup (HP Smart app

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your computer. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve connection issues.

Restart Devices:

  • Try restarting both your printer and your computer to refresh the connection.

Check for Printer Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer
