Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Despite the fact that a printer report says that my printer is on the network and the internet. Instant ink does not work it insists my printer is offline. I tried to contact to the page suggested by the printer report but that just sent me to a page that firefox says is unsafe.

Before i give up on instant ink is there another way to reconnect to instant ink.

I understand the Instant Ink says the printer is offline. To assist you better, are you able to print?

Restart the router, the printer, and the PC

 

Check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Unfortinatly that did not work. Now my printer will not work at all. I suspect the problem is instant ink related as the printer stopped printing mid print. with an error message related to instant ink. I think the easiest solution is to cancel my instant ink account and go back to normal cartrages
