I have changed my network provider. My printer Wi-Fi is on but not connected. How do I connect it to the new network?

Hi @Myf20 

 

Press and hold Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least 3 seconds. Then the
printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP
Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching. Open the HP smart and reconnect the printer.
