@Ytown1, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w after switching to T-Mobile for internet, there are various steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Steps to Reconnect to the Printer

Verify Wireless Connection Settings:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the correct wireless network.
  • Check that the network name (SSID) and password are correct.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and computer to refresh connections.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure you have the latest firmware installed on your printer. You can update firmware by visiting the HP support page. Updates can resolve issues with network connectivity.

Reset Printer Settings:

  • Access the printer's control panel to check wireless settings.
  • Use the Wireless button on the control panel to reset and reconfigure the wireless connection.

Check for Interference:

  • Ensure there are no electronic devices near the router and printer that could interfere with the wireless signal (e.g., microwaves).

Configure Printer on New Network:

  • Use the HP Smart App to help reconnect the printer to your network. It will guide you through setting up the connection.

Use Alternative Connection Methods:

  • If wireless issues persist, consider using a USB connection temporarily to maintain printing capabilities.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
