Hi @Jamey5,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that setting up a new Wi-Fi connection for your HP DeskJet 2752 All-In-One Printer can be frustrating. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with the process.

Prepare for Setup:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly.
  • Obtain the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

Printer Placement:

  • Place your printer close to the Wi-Fi router during the setup process for a stable connection.

Power On the Printer:

  • Turn on your HP DeskJet 2752 printer.

Touchscreen Control Panel:

  • If your printer has a touchscreen control panel, use it to navigate to the Setup menu.

Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • Look for the "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Network Setup" option in the Setup menu.

Select Network:

  • Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.

Enter Wi-Fi Password:

  • Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted. Use the touchscreen or keypad to input the characters.

Connect to Wi-Fi:

  • After entering the password, your printer will attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Test the Connection:

  • Once connected, print a test page to confirm that the setup was successful.

Use HP Smart App (Optional):

  • You can also use the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet to set up the printer. Follow the app's instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.

Restart if Necessary:

  • If the connection fails, restart the printer and try the setup process again.

Check Router Settings:

  • Ensure that your router settings, such as MAC address filtering, are not preventing the printer from connecting.

Update Firmware:

  • Check for firmware updates for your printer on the HP support website and install them if available. Updated firmware may resolve connectivity issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
