Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

I want to Enable HP Web Services. My printer is owrking fine and I can Print and Scan from my computers.

But when I go to the browser and enter its IP address. Go to HP Web Services Tab, click on Enble button. It is giving "Connection Error Check Connection"

 

I have a cable modem and a router. my computer and printers are wire connected to the router.

 

Appreciate any help.

Web Services are no longer supported for your printer and therefore fails to connect, please check below support document:
