Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Other

The printer has new ink cartridge in it levels are full for both the color and the black, and they are authentic hp ink cartridges. I can not get the printer to give me black ink or colored ink. It will send the paper thru as tho its printing but the paper comes out blank. 

In turn i cant get it to connect to my account to be able to trouble shoot anything. 

Thats my second problem. It will not connect to my phone anymore it was on the same connection before as it should be now but it will not connect.
