I’m extremely frustrated with my HP printer. It fails to print almost every single day, regardless of what I do. I’ve tried every possible solution: factory resets, firmware updates, settings adjustments you name it.
The only way I can get it to work is by unplugging and restarting it each time I want to print. This is completely unsustainable. I’m currently subscribed to Instant Ink, but I haven’t been able to get through to proper customer support, which adds to the frustration.
At this point, I’m seriously considering discarding the printer and switching to a different brand.
Could someone please advise if there is a permanent solution to this issue, or how to escalate this to get proper support?

Welcome to the HP English Community --
In so much that I'm aware, you should be able to contact Instant Ink Support in your region during regular business days and hours. ? I've included Contact Information later in this message.
The connection issues between the printer and the network can be resolved - the printer should be capable of staying on the network.
That said, we -- Not-HP-people -- cannot help with any concerns with Instant Ink --
Instant Ink account questions require an HP agent who has access to your private information.
I've sent a request to our Moderator team for help so you can get assistance with both issues.
Reminder
Should you decide instead to toss the printer, consider helping the next owner by first cancelling the subscription before restoring the printer back to Factory settings.

- Be wary of any posted messages in the Community containing phone or email links – these are likely scammers who mean you harm.

- Be very careful when out on the Internet looking for help - one little dot, space, or letter out of place can land you in trouble.
