On the printer, the setting for Bluetooth doesn't go to reward, just circles.

Hooking up a cable direct does nothing, on connect. 

I do have WiFi, but at times I use up all my gb's before my billing cycle.

Any suggestions, please?

It does NOT support Bluetooth therefore you can not use Bluetooth to connect. To be able to connect using USB you need to set it up.

 

Unfortunately HP supply Full Software and Drivers (only for wifi).

It support Wireless Direct Printing therefore please use the following ways to set it up
