How to Connect Your Printer to Wi-Fi

Step-by-Step:

  1. Turn on the printer and make sure it’s not connected via USB.
     
  2. On the printer’s touchscreen:
    • Go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
    • Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
    • Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
       
  3. Use HP Smart App to Finalize Setup
    • Open the app on your Windows 11 PC.
    • Click Add Printer and follow the prompts.
