Since you have a new router, the printer will need to be connected to the new wifi. Try resetting the printer's network settings, then use the HP Smart app to set it up again. Make sure your phone is connected to the new wifi while doing the setup. If it still won't connect, check whether your new router has a 2.4 GHz network enabled, since this printer uses 2.4 GHz wifi
