Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer

I. Can’t get my printer to connect to the internet. I have a router box from vodaphone. It worked months ago but stopped working and not sure why.  It’s been unplugged many times for the hoover. But surely it should be simple to re set.  I tried pressing the wifi icon button for 3 seconds and then the wPs button in my router box and waiting and it’s still flashing blue the internet wifi icon.  I simply don’t know what’ to do. I tried the app and that’s not helped either.
